AAF - The Norwegian Labour Movement’s Employers' Association - represents employers in trade unions, organisations, institutions, enterprises and political parties associated with the labour movement.

AAF - The Norwegian Labour Movement’s Employers' Association – was founded in 1997 and represents employers in trade unions, organisations, institutions, enterprises and political parties associated with the labour movement.  

AAF's main objectives are to take care of the affiliates' common interests, to promote cooperation and, thereby, facilitate improved industrial relations, and to contribute to the development of management training programmes and good personnel policy. 

AAF’s highest authority is its Annual General Meeting which deals with, among other issues, the annual reports and accounts, the size of the membership fee and elections of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is responsible for the daily business of the association in accordance with the constitution and association policy.

AAF’s main administrative office is situated in Oslo. The administration consists of three employees who are responsible for the day-to-day running of AAF and for following up decisions made by the association’s political bodies.
